What Sets Us Apart

Not Your Average
Massage Studio

Most massage studios focus on relaxation. We do that too — but our therapists are trained to treat pain, break down adhesions, and address the structural issues that keep you tight and sore. And because we're a full integrative clinic, your massage can be coordinated with chiropractic and acupuncture care on the same day.

Therapeutic, Not Just Relaxation

Our therapists assess before they treat. Whether it's chronic muscle tension, sports recovery, or post-injury work, the session is built around what your body actually needs — not a standard routine.

Multiple Modalities, One Therapist

Your therapist draws from Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point techniques within a single session. The approach adapts to what they find — not what was pre-scheduled.

Integrated With Your Full Care Plan

Massage works best when it's coordinated with chiropractic and acupuncture. Our clinic makes that easy — same building, same day, one coherent plan for faster, more lasting results.

Right Session Length for Your Goal

We offer 50, 80, and 110-minute sessions so you're not squeezed into an arbitrary timeframe. Maintenance and stress relief? 50 minutes. Chronic pain or full-body recovery work? Book 80 or 110.

The Techniques We Use
Swedish · Deep Tissue · Sports Massage · Trigger Point · Myofascial Release

Our therapists are trained across multiple modalities so treatment can be adapted to your body, your injury, and your goals. A session might start with Swedish work to warm the tissue, shift into deep tissue for a problem area, and finish with targeted trigger point release — all based on what your therapist finds during the session.

Our Approach

How We Treat
Every Patient

Every session follows the same framework — whether you're in for stress relief, chronic muscle pain, sports recovery, or post-injury work.

01

Intake & Assessment

We review your health history, current complaints, and goals before the session starts. Problem areas, past injuries, and pressure preferences are noted — not assumed.

02

Targeted Treatment

Your therapist applies the right combination of techniques for your case — adjusting depth, pressure, and modality based on what the tissue tells them during the session.

03

Integrated If Needed

For musculoskeletal cases, we'll flag if chiropractic or acupuncture would accelerate your results. Same-day coordination is available — one clinic, one plan.

04

Ongoing or As Needed

Some patients come in for regular maintenance, others on an as-needed basis. We'll give you a straight recommendation — not a high-pressure package.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked
Questions

Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes to relax the nervous system and improve circulation — it's the foundation most sessions are built on. Deep tissue targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, using more sustained pressure to break down adhesions and chronic tension. Sports massage combines both with stretching and compression techniques aimed at athletic performance, recovery, and injury prevention. In practice, most sessions blend all three based on what the therapist finds.
It depends on your goals. For chronic pain or post-injury recovery, weekly or bi-weekly sessions are common early on, tapering as you improve. For maintenance and stress management, most patients find monthly sessions effective. Your therapist will give you a straight recommendation at the end of your first session — based on what they found, not a sales script.
If you have one or two specific areas to address — a tight neck, sore lower back — a 50-minute session is a solid choice. If you want more thorough work or a full-body treatment, 80 minutes gives your therapist the time to do it right. The 110-minute session is ideal if you're dealing with chronic pain across multiple areas or want a comprehensive recovery session. If you're unsure, call us and we'll help you pick.
Massage therapy is a cash-pay service at our clinic. We don't bill insurance for massage. If you're coming in for chiropractic or acupuncture (which we do bill insurance for), massage can be added on the same visit as a cash-pay service.
Yes — and it's one of the most effective combinations we offer. Massage relaxes the surrounding muscle tissue, which makes chiropractic adjustments easier to deliver and longer-lasting. Many patients schedule massage before or after their chiropractic visit. We can coordinate same-day bookings — just let us know when you call or book online.
Deep tissue work can be intense — especially on areas with significant tension or adhesions — but it should never feel like sharp or damaging pain. The goal is working at the edge of productive discomfort, not through it. Your therapist will check in on pressure throughout the session, and you can always ask them to adjust. Soreness the day after a deep tissue session is normal and usually resolves within 24–48 hours.
You undress to your comfort level — most patients remove clothing down to underwear, but you can leave on as much as you're comfortable with. You'll be draped with a sheet throughout the session, and only the area being worked on is uncovered at any time. Your comfort and privacy are always respected.
